By being B-QUAL Certified, an enterprise is able to clearly demonstrate that it
is operating in accordance with the requirements and expectations of consumers,
markets, regulatory authorities and the wider community in relation to the key
issues of food safety and industry best practice.
B-QUAL Certification also enables an enterprise to market its product under the B-QUAL
program logo to show that it has been produced in accordance to the B-QUAL
standards.
The quality system developed by the enterprise needs to address operational
procedures covering the key areas of production, and food safety. Specifically,
the QA Manual needs to describe how the enterprise meets industry requirements
in regards to:
